Finca El Petatan is operate by Edy Martin, a third generation coffee farmer. His farm as been operated by his family since the 1940s and is located in the Western Highlands of the Huehuetenango region, an area that produces prized coffees due to it's fertile soils and microclimates. The abundance of wet mills in the region and water sources make it possible for Huehuetenango to produce a high quantity of beautiful coffees. Since taking over the farm Edy's commitment to replanting and to improve farming practices have resulted in this special coffee that we are proud to have in our line up.
